Beautiful eyes are the most dominating part of our beauty. When we say beautiful eyes it means they are not tired looking, do not have dark circles or puffiness with well-groomed eyebrows.
Natural cure for these problems is the best. So follow these points and have beautiful eyes.
Water, Water, Water!!
Like we water plants to make them fresh and gain proper growth. In the same way, our body needs water in order to detoxify the body’s waste materials. When properly hydrated, our eyes look sparkling and the skin around eyes is well moisturized because water moisturizes the skin and reducing wrinkles. So take at least 8 glasses of water per day.
The Ordinary Caffeine Solution
Some people develop fine lines around eyes (on the lids tooL). The ordinary Caffeine solution is my personal tried and tested in this regard. Apply the serum before going to bed and dab to absorb. This serum effectively targets fine lines, dark circles, and puffiness. I would recommend using a moisturizer after 5-10 minutes.
Daily application of sweet almond oil around eyes, while going to bed; is beneficial for the cure of fine lines and dark circles. We can apply after applying caffeine solution too.
Cucumbers are well known for providing a soothing effect to the skin as well as eyes. Dark circles and tired eyes can be treated with cucumbers. Simply place two thin slices of cucumbers over eyes and rest in a comfortable couch for about 10 minutes.
Rose water has countless benefits for the skin and eyes too. Splash your face with rose water while going to bed and notice glowing skin with sparkling eyes. It has antibacterial properties which help to attain healthy eyes because it washes away bacteria.
Include lots of green leafy vegetables, seasonal fresh fruits, fish, olive oil and nuts in your diet. Use foods rich in vitamin A and C. Carrots are the best for eyes. It is very important to avoid processed foods. So go green, go fresh!
Use Sun block
Always use sunblock while stepping out in sun. Sun rays directly affect the skin under the eyes because it is thin making it dark with wrinkles. Also, wear sunglasses.
Always remember to remove makeup while going to bed, no matter how tired you are. Use good quality makeup remover especially for eyes. If you sleep with makeup on, this can be a cause of bacteria formation and wrinkles.
Things to Avoid
Avoid excessive fried, unhealthy junk diet. Do not stare at the computer screen for too long or in dark.
