Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
Refund for Lost & Undelivered Packages
We understand the concern that comes with lost packages. If your order is confirmed lost during transit, we have a comprehensive refund policy in place. Please reach out to our customer support team, and we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. If the package is determined to be lost, we will either issue a refund or reship your order, based on your preference.
If your order experiences an unexpected delay and remains undelivered beyond 30 days from the date of purchase, we offer a refund option for your convenience. Contact our customer support team, and we will promptly address the situation to ensure your satisfaction.
Exchange / Return
After receiving the product if you find your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, you may raise a complaint in https://www.aodour.pk/complaint/complaintPortal Request must be raised within 48 hours with invoice
Valid Reason to Return
- Delivered product is damaged (i.e. physically worn-out or broken) defective (e.g. unable to switch on).
- Delivered product is incomplete (i.e. has missing items and/or accessories).
- Delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/color, fake item, or expired).
Conditions for Returns
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws.
- The product must include the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer's packaging/box. If the product was delivered in Aodour packaging/box, the same packaging/box should be returned. Do not put tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer's packaging / box.
If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject any request for a refund.
Refund Time
Once submitted complaint after validation customer will get refund within 10 working days.
